Words with Friends

I have found a new way to waste time on Facebook – Words with Friends. It’s just like playing Scrabble, except for over an even LONGER period of time. In fact, there is no time limit per turn, unlike what Nathan and I used to impose on ourselves when we played Literati on Yahoo! (another Scrabble knock-off). Often one of us would lose the game because he ran out of “overall time” on the clock.

The other awesome thing about the game is you can can try a word that you are not so sure about, submit it, and see if it goes through without a hitch. For example, these are words played in a game between Julie and I:

WHANG
GRITH

Not bad, eh? I am currently winning with 19 tiles left. It helps when you have a turn when you use all your tiles.
